[Geotiff] listgeo boundary

Hi Y'all,

My apologies if this has already come up before, but:

When listgeo is used with a RasterPixelIsPoint-type file, the corner 
coordinates that are output are incorrect for the lower and right 
boundaries.

The problem is that coordinates for RasterPixelIsPoint are inclusive - 
'space' is accumulated between points, so the last point in the scanline 
doesn't add any width.

It's just a cosmetic issue, but if anyone else thinks this would be 
worth fixing, I can post a patch...
