[geotk] [Newbie] Image download and polygon drawing

Sorry i am not sure what you mean.
I compile geotoolkit and geotoolkit-pending with mvn install
-Dmaven.test.skip
Sometimes mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip and if you whant to force
maven to get the latest dependencies
mvn -U install -Dmaven.test.skip
