[geotk] [Newbie] Image download and polygon drawing

Hi Sam,

when you get the source code, you get the pom.xml files for each 
directories (just by doing "hg clone 
http://hg.geotoolkit.org/geotoolkit/"). So you should see a pom.xml file 
directly at the root directory of the project.

"mvn install" is a command that launches the build of the source code.
