If you are using Maven, geotoolkit-pending is deployed in monthly releases. So 
you can just use:

   <version>3.02</version>

If you don't use Maven, then we are not generating bundles if geotoolkit-pending 
at this time. But if I'm guessing right from your previous email, you are using 
Maven so the above should work?
