[geotk] Geotoolkit 3.01 released

Hello all

Geotk 3.01 has been released. This is a monthly release - we intend to perform 
such releases every months.

Javadoc, source code and binary as a "fat jar" (everything in a single JAR file, 
including dependencies) are available there:

Of special interest is a page generated by JDiff, which list every API changes 
between Geotk 3.00 and 3.01. While this list may seems a bit large, a majority 
of the reported changes come from the migration of org.opengis.util.Cloneable to 
org.geotoolkit.util.Cloneable.

This release is also available as a dependency for Maven projects, using the 
"3.01" release number.
