[geotk] Finding a CRS code/URN from a CoordinateReferenceSystem object

Just for information, my previous mail was about "@since" javadoc tag policy, 
but there is also a policy about "@version" javadoc tag. If a class is annotated 
with "@version 3.00", this means that I didn't touched to this class (except for 
documentation fix) since the 3.00 release. If I touch to the code (even if there 
is no API change), then I upgrade the tag to "@version 3.01" (or whatever is the 
current version number).

The intend is to give to the users a clue about the stability of each class and 
package.
