[geotk] Geotk 3.04 released

Hello all

The monthly milestone has been released and deployed on the maven repository. 
The bundles and the list of all API changes since the previous release are 
available from the usual page:

     http://download.geotoolkit.org/3.04/

The mean area under work is the org.geotoolkit.image.io.metadata package, which 
got massive deprecation in this release. It is being replaced by a new framework 
built on top of the ISO 19115-2 specification, which was released only this year 
(which explain why the previous framework was not using it and is being deprecated).
