[geotk] EPSG database and JavaDB/Derby

Just to close this thread for the benefit of the list...  The problem
was my fault, I called the package "espg" instead of "epsg".  Now the
properties file gets detected correctly and I don't need to add any
system-level Hints.

Sorry for the mistake!
