[geotk] Disabling Geotk logs

I believe even the warning message could be set in FINE level here, 
FeatureType is an abstract type so I think it's normal that he doesn't 
find it. I'm not sure about FeatureArrayType. It's been a few year since 
I last used gml, I can't really say.
