[geotk] Using JAXPStreamFeatureReader with WFS 1.0 and 2.0

Hello emmanuel,

The JTSWrapper module isn't really new, this is something which will 
change in the futur with the work on Apache SIS.
Thanks for the contribution, the patch has been merged in.
