[GRASS-ABM] grass repast

There is now a plugin in Repast Simphony 1.2 that allows you to run grass modules and scripts within the Repast development environment. Anyway, this should allow you to send commands to run a grass module via repast. I am sure there are many ways to improve it, so if there are suggestions please let me know. The code can be found in the repast repository and there should be test code and some documentation about how to run things.
