FAQ: GRASS4.0 Installation

platform: IBM RS/6000 (AIX 3.1.5)
software: GRASS4.0 using X11R5
done:    GISGEN ended with "DONE". copiled the XDRIVER directory using gmake4.0
         MAKE.LINKS successful.
problem: grass4.0 starts - but d.mon says: "no known monitor"
         how can i start the XDRIVER ?
         I renamed the XDRIVER.test to XDRIVER  - no success.
