SCS tools

Can anyone send me the Email address of the good SCS people who developed
the tools available in src.contrib/SCS/vector ?  

Also; has anyone compiled these tools successfully for a SUN 386i running
UNIX 4.0.2?

I get an error when attempting to compile v.report with gmake4.0:

after doin' the ol' cc thing normally , I get;

ld: Undefined symbol

Then I'm returned to the prompt.  Some of the SCS programs compiled, though
one (v.make.subj) bombs out with a core dump. I compiled the SCS/libes first.
Any Suggestions?? Thanx!!

(Whoa, what's he using?? A 386i? <snicker><guffaw!!> How's he get anything to
 run on that!!??!)
