The s.menu program in 4.0 truncates the coordinate to integers.
The programs s.out.ascii and s.in.ascii do NOT. However, the
s.menu program was upgraded to use floating point for coordinates
instead of integers and this upgrade was placed on moon.cecer.army.mil
some time ago. Of course, s.menu in 4.1 will have this upgrade as well.
