    moon.cecer.army.mil will undergo an upgrade this weekend.  The machine
    will be down, intermittently, from Friday evening (January 14) through
    Tuesday (January 18).  There will be periods during this time when mail
    for grassu-list and grassp-list, as well as anonymous ftp access to moon,
    will be unavailable.
