Quadtree routines

Hello. Sorry -- I guess I changed the name of the file in /grass/incoming.
It is interp.shar.Z and it has quadtree code in it in a separate directory).
I am thinking of making some pictures describing how the quadtrees are
being created and processed and putting them on /grass/incoming in something
like gif format. Meanwhile a good example of the tree use can be found either
in s.surf.tps or v.surf.tps code which are also part of interp.shar.Z.
