FTP and the "moon": revisited

Short note here.  My recent post looking for help
in getting grass from the moon has been rectified.
It appears to be a problem with running things like
FTP from Windows as a process under OS/2.  FTPing
from a site directly connected (rather than SLIP/PPP)
solved the problem.  More later on the installation
and modifications needed (at least for this site).
