The Hydrologic Research Center (HRC) has an opening for a Progammer Analyst.  
At least 5 years experience with data base development, C and Fortran, systems 
programming and GIS distributed data bases on a UNIX workstation environment is
required.  B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.  
M.S. Degree is desirable.  Travel abroad is necessary.  Extramural funding for 
the position is for 1 year with possible extension.  Salary commensurate with
