refman.troff.Z -> man/*

I'd check the mailing list archives for this, but I can't find them.
Mailing an "index" query to the grassp-request address yields nothing.

Given the refman.troff.Z from the FTP site, how do I convert it into
file per command format required in GISBASE?

I've worked out how to use nroff.  ;-)
