[GRASS5] Proposal for 5.1: adding nice charts to GRASS

Hi all,

I just have seen nice charts on Zope page (another open source project):

I feel such charts would be nice to replace d.histogram and 
friends in future. Basis for zope's charts is
gdchart at

http://www.fred.net/brv/chart/
