[GRASS5] Further module description

Hi all,

just added module descriptions for

d.points d.rast d.rast.arrow d.rast.num
d.rgb d.rhumbline d.scale d.site.labels
d.sites d.sites.qual d.text d.title
d.vect d.vect.cats d.what.db d.where

d.what.rast d.what.sites d.what.vect
where updated by Andreas.

Eric, you have updated d.profile
but with a different text than in the
html document. Your text says more or less
the same, of course.
A medium-term goal is to generate (portions)
of the help documents from the interface description.
So we should think about whether it is
important to keep the texts of the html docs
or whether new texts don't matter.
