Hi all,

just now I have found (obviously) a bug in raster lib.

If you have raster maps with very large values:
r.mapcalc neu="dem * 10000000.0"
EXECUTING neu = ... 100%
CREATING SUPPORT FILES FOR neu
range: 1453600000 3568199936

(looks ok)

then many modules will crash:
- d.profile
- d.what.rast (etc.)

d.what.rast prints:
3566231.25(E) 5770143.75(N)
neu in lamme, quant (Null) <- !!!!!!!1
neu in lamme, actual (2785900032.000000)

which will be the overflow indicator.

Is anyone willing to look into this?

Thanks

 Markus
