[GRASS5] Bug tracking system ?

once we had this thread on a bug tracking system for GRASS.
I am not sure if you will set up such a system or not (and
whom). Please report a short status...

The mailing list based report system is quite unused, so it
doesn't seem to be a widely accepted tool.
