Did you do the original checkout via that cvsid?

Check a Root file somewhere.  They are kept in the CVS subdirectory
under each source directory.  They should include the cvsid.  If not,
the "right" way to fix is to checkout again, but I wouldn't be surprised
to find that you could also just change the CVS/Root file.
