[GRASS5] Some G3D updates and g3.createwind

Hi,

I have updated some G3D modules to get the list
of 3D files properly when using "list" (menu mode).

Additionally a g3.createwind script is uploaded,
which allows to create the WIND3 file easily:

g3.createwind creates a WIND3 from current 2D region file

Usage: g3.createwind bottom_height  top_height  resolution_of_3Dlayers

>From Jaro Hofierka s.to.rast3 is uploaded.
