[GRASS5] Win32 compile with cygnus ...

The translation of the cygwin filename,
//f/source/cvsroot/grass/src/CMD/generic/gmake.sh
into windows-speak is,
f:\source\cvsroot\grass\src\CMD\generic\gmake.sh
It is indeed a cygwinification of the windows environment.
