Looks okay except, shouldn't the LICENSE part be spelled out more? GPL
may not be specific enough and shouldn't it give the address for the
Free Software Foundation in case the license is missing.

If we don't want to include all that cruft, I think at least the GPL
part should be replaced with "GNU General Public License". GPL, could
mean "George's Proprietary License" ;0
