[GRASS5] new section /unused

Hi all,

I have removed d.rast.zoom, d.vect.zoom (as d.zoom is upgraded)
and removed m.in.stf1.db3, m.in.pl.db3 (as generally outdated)
from the:
 src/ 
tree and moved into:
 /unused/misc/
 /unused/display/

Hope it's o.k. with everyone.

What about the capabilities of:
m.dem.examine
m.dem.extract
m.dmaUSGSread
m.dted.examine
m.dted.extract
m.examine.tape
m.tiger.region

.. are these modules up-to-date and in use?
