I guess these modules extract CENSUS data for the 1990 CENSUS. I have
no idea if they are up to date for GRASS 5.0. AFAIK, the format of the
CENSUS data will be different when the 2000 CENSUS is released (in a
year or two??). I think it's likely that the same data can be gotten in
a different format (I think ESRI has this data on their public data
servers), so I'd hazard their utility is low. I don't think too many
people would miss these modules...
