[GRASS5] d.what.rast non-bug

Hi,

the bug described in BUGS for d.what.rast is not a bug (it's a
feature...).

The output appears twice in the tcltkgrass screen because it is printed
to stdout and stderr (to let the user see something even if stdout is
directed to a file).

If you use d.what.rast -1 -t > testfile.txt the output appears only once
in the file.
