[GRASS5] New clean targets

Hello all

Last week I posted that I would change the make clean target names
according to the GNU standard. I have now made that change to
Makefile.in.

Please let me know of any problems and please check your current
Makefile before using any of the clean targets (old or new) to make sure
you chose the one you really want.
