[GRASS5] configure: added openGL and tcl/tk search support

Hi all,

I have updated "configure" to

added gl.h openGL search support and
tcl/tk  search support

src/CMD/head/head.in and
src.contrib/GMSL/g3d/src3d/raster/r3.showdspf.openGL/Gmakefile
are updated as well.

I propose (if above is working), to simplify the
NVIZ "configure" as it's own search routines won't be
needed any more.

Feel free to improve the general "configure".

Note: I don't have much experience with "configure" programming
but found some code in other projects. :-)
