[GRASS5] GRASS CVS/Driver update

Hi, 
just to report that i updated CVS this afternoon and compiled on
Cygwin/Windows 2000, Linux (Red Hat 7) and on IRIX 6.5 (with gcc).

On all platforms the display driver seems to work, but i had no time to
do more tests than display some maps from the spearfish dataset. 

d.zoom has the problem that the background color from d.erase
color=white is not stored, so if you display _only_ vector files and no
backdrop raster map, the color changes from white to black if
redisplayed. But this is a minor problem.

Hope to test more in the next days.
