[GRASS5] Again Solaris/tar/Makefile problem

Ahh. I see now. I thought that the new "dash" form you mentioned was an
alternative solution. I've never used GNU tar so I didn't quite
understand what you meant. I'll remove the trailing slash and see what
happens.
