[GRASS5] make or genu make

to be on the safe side, go with GNU make. There may be features required
that unix make does not provide. But it may depend on which compiler you
use. (gcc with GNU make, else try the make from your system?)

Markus, if GNU make is required/recommended, we should put another note
into the REQUIREMENTS file!
