[GRASS5] Arrow keys and default pager

you are right, this should become fixed. The cursor stuff is in:
src/libes/vask/
 especially
V_call.c

Even g.help should be fixed, similar problem. I have tried a while,
but don't know too much about the curses & friends.

I agree. For example:

run i.target and enter "list" in "Enter group that needs a target",
you get an ugly "more" bar and can only leave the list with "q".
In past (if I recall correctly) you could leave with any button or
at least enter key.
