Subject: v.extract bug with file parameter

Hi,

unfortunately the file parameter of v.extract is not functional.
Please try with Spearfish dataset:

cat fields.extr
C. Mitchell#1
C. Mitchell#2
C. Mitchell#3
C. Mitchell#4
C. Mitchell#5


v.extract -n fields type=area out=fields.mitchell new=0 file=fields.extr

The result is an empty file. Using the "list" parameter the module
runs well.
