[GRASS5] Tcltkgrass bug fix

Hello all

When running tcltkgrass on SGI machines, if you click on the stop button
(for example, during a d.rast operation) an error occurred when trying
to close the pipe to ps stream (used to get the pid of the process to
stop). To fix this I put the close call inside a call to catch, thus
catching the error.

I'm not sure if this is the right thing to do, but it seems to work on
SGI's. Please let me know if there are any problems.
