[GRASS5] idea: display map scale as monitor window name

Hi all,

most users would appreciate to know the current map scale
when displaying a map. Would it be feasible to display
it as window name of GRASS monitor?

Currently it is 
"GRASS 5.0beta11 - Monitor: x0"

It would be perfect to have:
"GRASS 5.0beta11 - Monitor: x0 - Scale: 1:26400" (or whatever)

The code should be available in d.barscale.

Just a (useful) idea, unfortunately I don't know
how to set such window name variables.
