[GRASS5] Mac OS X errors

Justin,
Yes, the change to Makefile did the trick. After I renamed INSTALL.doc back to
INSTALL, I got the error that Justin reported with 'make install'. When I made
the changes you suggested in Makefile, grass was (re)installed. i.e. it did not
report "`install' is up to date" and stop.
