Ahh. I see. Renaming INSTALL would be one fix but this can also be fixed
in the Makefile, which I think is the best fix. That way we avoid other
problems like this. The fix I gave Jeshua should work. Could either you
or Jeshua confirm this. If so, I'll add it to the Makefile.
