[GRASS5] Mac OS X errors

This sounds familiar.
I suspect that Mac OS X is not case sensitive - like Cygwin. I moved "INSTALL"
to "INSTALL.doc" and everything worked fine.
I forgot that I had done that!
Can we rename INSTALL?
