[GRASS5] man/ directory

Hello Markus, and Bernhard

I just did a fresh cvs checkout and the man/ directory and several of
it's subdirectories were created. If I remove the man/ directory and do
a "cvs update man" it doesn't come back. Any ideas what is going on?
