[GRASS5] Darwin r.fill.dir

Greetings all,

There is just 1 standard module that fails to compile now, r.fill.dir on 
Darwin.  Amazing, my first build of beta 8 had 27 failed modules!  : )

It appears to me a limitation of the math.h file installed with Darwin.

MAXDOUBLE is not defined, however there there is a MAXFLOAT defined.  
Would it be safe to assign the same vaule to MAXDOUBLE?

Additionally, MINFLOAT and MINDOUBLE have not been defined.  Is there a 
value that I could assign them?
