[GRASS5] d.rgb and i.composite differences

Hi Bernhard
Ooops, I read you're original post too fast. You were talking about
tagging for merging but I thought you were talking about tagging for
fixing bugs in the release branch.
I still agree about the tagging when merging but I thought you had
indicated earlier that we should also tag before and after bug fixes as
well. I thought that this was to catch commits that should not have been
committed to the release tree.
Anyway, I would still appreciate a list of steps for submitting code to
the release branch, if possible.
