[GRASS5] [bug #840] (grass) Re: r.reclass NULL

on the man page of r.reclass is shows that one can also manipulate the
"no data" areas... [but they are 0 there and NULL for me using this
"leics roads" example]  anyway, it would be good to allow the user to
change "no data=NULL" to other values from this same screen.
