Revert src.contrib/GMSL/NVIZ2.2/src/nvizAppInit.c to version 1.1, i.e.

	cvs update -r 1.1 src.contrib/GMSL/NVIZ2.2/src/nvizAppInit.c

This won't fix the problem, but hopefully it will provide an
indication of why Tk_Init() failed.
