[GRASS5] GRASS 5.0.0pre2 released

Dear GRASS enthusiasts,

finally it's done: GRASS 5.0.0pre2 is tagged and released (sources).
I have stored the package in the usual place, the mirrors will catch
it overnight.

Note: There is no need for the developers to check out this tag, just
continue with your local CVS copy.

Those not using CVS may grab the source tarball here:

  http://grass.itc.it/grass5/source/

We need to generate binary packages now:
 - Linux (including FFTW and GDAL)
 - Irix ( " " )
 - Solaris/SUN ( " " )
 - Solaris/Intel ( " " )
 - MacOS X ( " " )

Volunteers? (I'll tell you how to upload then)

If we consider this version to be stable, let's call it stable :-)
and quickly start with 5.1. There is plenty of work waiting
for us.
