[GRASS5] [bug #1495] (grass) tell where html version of old help system is

I think the old fashioned help system that starts like
            WELCOME TO THE GRASS ON-LINE HELP SYSTEM...
             *   Press 'D' to see the next screen  *
should have a note at the top saying the same information is available
in the more familiar html format, and where [on the local system]
probably it is.
