[GRASS5] HTML page generation

just to throw in an idea:

Maybe we should generate the HTML overview pages in
html/
  raster.html
  sites.html
  etc.
(so also on the web as they are extracted from CVS)

from the list of modules in
src/CMD/lists/GRASS

while keeping all HTML module descriptions in
html/html/

This would avoid the current situation, that inactivated modules
appear to be present in the binary releases.

Maybe someone is willing to write a nice script for
html/Gmakefile
? A footer with the other sections (raster, databases, ...) would be 
nice to have (currently it is added manually).

The job to create these pages should be done by machines, not
manually :-)
